The Guardian covered an interesting memoir about a former Dominatrix turned university professor. Abandon Me by Melissa Febos is not your average tale as her life was inhibited by a heroin addiction as well. The memoir exposed her hidden truth to all of her friends and family, giving us a first hand look at what coming out in the scene can really be like.
New York’s most famous dungeon Paddles showcased a unique art show last week. The one night only event entitled Sexual Fragments Absent gave vanillas visitors not only a chance to view BDSM theme art installations but also experience BDSM lpay should they choose. The evening was well attended and hopefully have people who previously had not been exposed to BDSM a good introduction via a creative spin.
